Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and tng88 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the tng88 platform — whether through the website at tng88.win or the official mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

This agreement complements and is read together with the tng88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, all of which form the entire agreement between you and the platform.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the tng88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an individual who has previously been banned or suspended from the tng88 platform.
• Registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Not currently under any active self-exclusion program.
• Registering only one account per individual — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

Tng88 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. If a member is found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, the account will be terminated and any pending wins may be forfeited.

Registration & Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, mobile number, and bank or digital wallet details. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension pending verification, or termination if fraud is confirmed.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account.
• Notifying tng88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your account information should any changes occur.

Tng88 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged to enhance account security.

Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Tng88 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including TNG eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, and major online banking. All financial transactions are processed through channels secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes depending on the payment method.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered under the same member's name.
• Tng88 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Tng88 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing certain withdrawals.
• Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly stated before the withdrawal is confirmed.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Tng88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. Each bonus and promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses are subject to the specified rollover requirements — typically between 5x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Each promotion may restrict the types of games eligible to contribute towards the rollover requirement.
• Tng88 reserves the right to void bonuses if fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Only one active promotion is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Tng88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. tng88's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the tng88 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly audited by an independent body, ensuring every game outcome is completely random and fair.

Members agree to:

• Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Not exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Not engaging in any form of player collusion intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Acknowledging that any winnings resulting from the exploitation of system bugs are void and may be reversed.

Tng88 maintains complete records of all gaming sessions. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, tng88's server logs will serve as the definitive evidence.

Permitted Member Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all members, tng88 sets standards of conduct that must be followed. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, threatening, or racist language in any of the platform's communication channels.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Using the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering.
• Making false or misleading claims to the support team.
• Launching any cyberattacks, intrusion attempts, or activities that could damage the platform's infrastructure.
• Spreading false information about tng88 on social media or public platforms.

Tng88 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, against any member who violates these conduct rules, without prior notice.

Account Suspension & Closure

Tng88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the stipulated eligibility requirements.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Request by the member to close their account or via a self-exclusion program.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If an account is terminated at the member's own request, any valid remaining balance will be returned once all review conditions have been met. If the closure is due to a terms violation, tng88 reserves the right to withhold the balance until the investigation is concluded.

Members may request to close their own account at any time through tng88 customer support channels, including as part of the Responsible Gaming programme.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The tng88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tng88 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. Technical disruptions beyond tng88's control, including third-party server failures or internet outages, are not the platform's liability.

Tng88 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from valid game outcomes.
• Losses resulting from technical failures beyond tng88's control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Consequences arising from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

In cases where tng88's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, tng88's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Tng88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation with the tng88 support team. tng88's final decision on all matters relating to the platform, games, and accounts is binding.
